Our Ethical policy reflects our Business Code of Conduct and is the beacon of principles and ethics that directs us. The Ethical policy is binding on each person associated with Sadashiva Infrasteel, and its ethos is strictly non-negotiable from the organization’s perspective. The policy stands as the foundation of our principles of trust, integrity and an open business environment.

As part of our HR practices, utmost care is taken to ensure that various activities are conducted by inculcating the ethical policies within our processes. Each of our associates are sensitized on the importance of the same and proper measures are implemented for the compliance.

Each of the projects that we execute adhere to the Ethics code of conduct. Each of our professionals working on the projects are required to be in-line with our vision of Truth, Honesty, and Integrity. The policy controls what we have in place, ensure this and also notify on any non-compliance. We are open to hear from our clients and business partners on any breach of the code of conduct by any individual or the organization.

• Self-discipline and integrity on part of members in all the activities taken up and to prevent external influences which are conflict with the Code of Conduct.
• Confidentiality in regards to Financial Information, Intellectual Property, resources, employee information.

A key goal of Ethical policy is to create an environment that is in line with Sadashiva Infrasteel’s code of ethics based on integrity and transparency. We have developed the required documentation and processes that provide proper guidance on Code of Conduct. Suitable forums are constituted to determine the compliance or violation of the Code in case of conflict.
